Hi,
I was hoping someone could give me some advice on how best to deal with this. I made a booking with lch in fen this year and they took about £569, £143 went to them as the rest went to easyjet for flights, that's how it shows on my card statement. I paid the final balance on 18th June and I have confirmations from them for both payments.
On 2nd July I added someone onto the booking at a cost of £453. I didn't receive any confirmation of this from then but the money has come out of my account. However I've discovered that they haven't booked the flight. I've spoken to their customer services and aviation dept and the latter have said I only paid £143 when I booked the holiday, so they don't believe I've paid the balance and for the original two flights booked. They're therefore refusing to book the flight for the third person until I pay more money! They also won't accept their own confirmations as proof that I've paid and keep referring me back to customer service, who're then referring me back to aviation!
I've just got no idea what to do. I need this flight booked as I doubt they'll do anything if it gets sold out, they're already saying it's me delaying them booking it...arghhh!!
Can anyone give me any advice?
However, I bet a way to get immediate action on LCH part is to post on their face book page exactly what you posted here.

Let us know how you get on and if you post on FB. A bit of negative publicity might focus their attention. Hopefully you can get this resolved today.
This is the email where a couple of our members in the past have had success with. But I would email as well as call and as well as use facebook. You obviously need this sorted today.
I have also tried pming lch as they did join 3 years ago. They may not be using the email address we have now though
Fiona linked me over to your post as I have had similar fun with lch recently.
I can give you the details of the people I have been speaking to and numbers etc. they are not great but I did get my original money back just now debating all of the other problems.
Drop me a pm if you want then and I will dig them out.

If you paid by credit card, tell them you will do a section 75 credit card charge back on them for non supply of goods, if they don't supply you with confirmation that you have the flights booked by return email. Say you will book them direct with easyjet on the easyjet website, perhaps that will motivate them.
