A group of six middle aged Russians arrived at the shack I am using and one female who spoke English started ordering the staff around till she had all the sunbeds arranged to her liking. The bought nothing all morning then at lunchtime went into the shack and started moving tables around and started a card school. The female shack owner told them they would have to order food or drink whereupon the spokeswoman ordered one beer and five glasses. Another of the group got an empty tumbler and disappeared up the side of the shack and reappeared five minutes later with a full timber of a clear liquid!
I don't usually feel sorry for a shack owner but this time I think she's been taken for a fool and does not know what to do.

That is ridiculous she should ask them to leave no establishment want custom like that.

Not all Russians are bad, just as not all Brits are polite. 
It's really down to the shack owner to tell these people to leave as it's clear they don't intend spending any money in her shack.
She wouldn't be losing custom as they are not buying anything.
I'm pretty sure the owner of the shack we use wouldn't have provided a bottle of beer and 5 glasses.
Some domestic tourists were in watching the cricket world cup and I think they were 'nursing' the dregs of their beer.
The owner told them they'd have to order more drinks or food or leave.
I agree with her.
