only stayed there once and we used the PIRAT.
decent hotel but the biggest drawback was going down to the harbour level for reception and then back the hill to your room. LOTS of steps. Rooms were generally good and clean , some with stunning views.
Very strict on taking in drinks and food, including water, .
Pool area was not very clean when we were there but this was 5-6 years ago.

I would look at the Meldi. Not too far out of town and a nice location. They offer B&B and transfers to and from Dalaman are included if you stay for seven nights or more.

Taxman is right. We stayed in the hotel for a week and it very nicely located
