Hi today i contacted the tourism of Benidorm searching for stepped access to swiming pool & walk in shower with safety bars & seat.
They kindly sent me a list - the first one I tried to access
Hotel Helios - took me straight to a site stating it might be a Phising App - thats not good news is it?
i taken a piccy which has now become my picture on this page - sorry dont know how to cancel that info?
any help appreciated for GOOD disabled facilities please? Posts on here are quite old ?

Well That was a quick reply from the Helios. Unfortunately I can't show the photo here but the reply was
We have great disabled rooms which are bookable from Saturdays to Saturdays only.
I have put a photo down here so you can see.
The pool is with a slope, so there shouldn’t be any difficulty to get in, also we have a special amphibic chair to get in the pool.
