After weeks of research I booked accommodation last night for our family holiday in Lanzarote with love holidays. Almost immediately after booking I received an email with confirmation for dates that were not the dates that I had booked!! I had booked October, the confirmation was for Dec!! I immediately emailed Love Holidays but it came back as a do not reply to this email message. I phoned 1st thing this morning and was told that as I had paid in full and choose the no cancellation option that they could not facilitate a date change!!! I again explained that the dates I selected were not the dates confirmed, I am certain of this and that there must be a bug in their system. I was advised that it would be past on for investigation and they would be able to see what dates I entered and that I would hear via email within 72hours. Now there can only be one result of this investigation as I know what dates were entered, I asked would I be refunded or would the booking be honored? I was told that I would have to wait for the investigation. Now I hope to come back here in the next day or two and update this and say it is all resolved and that I got amazing customer service but at the moment my gut is telling me this will not be the case and that I have a fight on my hands. If that is the case, the wrong person will have been scanmed. I will not stop till this is resolved.
