With many popular resorts experiencing temperatures above 35 Celsius, it's vital that adequate sun protection is used, especially for children. Drinking plenty of water is also essential to avoid dehydration. What goes in won't come out in same quantity as here, so ladies put up with a little bloating it will be good for you. Believe me, your body will re-adjust when you get home......
My friend lives out there & they've had to stay indoors with Aircon on. She covered her mouth & nose with a scarf just to walk the dog. I feel for those on holiday. Hopefully it'll soon clear.
