i have tried to obtain a invoice for a cancelled holiday from the above 7 emails sent all i get is Please notify us each time no invoice yet sent .Two weeks later . They sent a confirmation of cancellation charges but no invoice! on the confirmation was a charge of £75.00 for norwegian air ,I contacted norwegian air they stated that they had no cancellation request from love holiday ,and also they do not charge for cancellation due to the two months notice Is this not fraud by loveholidays to charge for this when no charges have been incured.They also charge an admin charge of £75.00 for cancelled bookings.They give a customer service phone number that ring ,gives you a automated message and then cuts you off I tried 8 times! Do not use this company
