I booked a late deal with loveholidays.com and was contacted two days after my booking to say that the booking had not completed.
As it was a late deal I asked for my payment (which had been paid in full) to be returned to me immediately as I needed the money to book an alternative holiday. The staff initially told me that I would have to wait 5 working days. I pointed out that my original holiday booking was due to leave in 5 days.
Since this time (4 days ago) loveholidays.com have promised on several occasions that the payment will be returned to my account by BACS immediately/asap. I am still waiting for the money to be returned.
The staff have been disinterested and uninformative. The original representative as being distracted by a dog barking in the background. She could not tell me why my booking had been cancelled. The company has shown a complete disregard for me as a customer and I will certainly not be using them in the future to book a holiday. I recommend you don't either.
