On the 26 march-29 march, 2018, a friend and I went to Bosworth Hall n Spa,what a lovely grade 11 listed hotel, tired, but clean comfortable, nice clean sheets, hot water plentiful,but our dinner was timed for 7pm sittings,the bad service for meals ,cold plates for a carvery,or none at all, no waiters to help and ask,tepid food, the bain-marie had no hot water in it,nothing labelled,for breakfast it was pot luck what milk you had on cereal, skimmed or full fat,tepid cooked English breakfast,cups of tea had a pile of used tea bags and used tea spoons in a pile on the tablecover,no clean ones anywhere,and again no waiters hovering to help,i know this lies with hotel (Britannia) hotels,but for you as a travel company to keep taking paying customers to these sort of 2nd grade hotels is just not on,i am asking for a monetary refund please on this break for myself and my friend, our ref no was R355452, we stayed in room 103. awaiting your customer service reply and refund.Marlene Walker.
