Need some advice please! My daughter and her friends booked a package holiday and later learned that there had to be 2 18 year olds , 1 for each room booked. That was fine, until the lead passenger decided to pull out. She was unreliable and they were forced to put her the lead passenger as she is the only one that is 18 at the moment. They gave her plenty of chances to pull out but until now she said no. She has decided to pull out and they have lost 30% each, over £1000! As they had to cancel as there was only 1 18 year old now. I really don't think she should get any money back as she has cost them their holiday as well as this cost but is she legally entitled to it? They need to rebook a holiday now that is not a packaged and a large apartment since there is only 1 18 year old.
