Has anybody who has had a holiday through this firm had any luck with a partial refund when the holiday has not been as expected? The hotel is definitely not a four star as described, if I'd paid a smaller amount I'd not be so bothered but I paid a lot and I've stayed in four stars in other places which were much better. I'm not expecting a freebie, just some recompense for the fact it's not what it's described as? I paid by credit card if this helps..
