We booked a hol for June 2019 6 weeks ago , we needed 4 rooms so all had to do separate bookings as love holidays only give the option of 3 rooms in one group booking , we paid our deposits had confirmations and 2 weeks ago had our next oayemnt taken , they then decide to call 3 people from our booking and tell them their isn't room in the hotel for them and will have to move them to alternative accommodation, we have explained we are a group of 9 and we need to stay together this has now been going on for 2 weeks and we are still no further forward , they asked us all to email to confirm we are a group booking which we did but their now staying we will have to pay cancellation fees on the hotel for the remaining party in order for us all to be relocated together . Surely after taking payment they cant do this ???
