As you originally posted in the Property Rental and Sale forum, you may not have read the topics in this one. If not, I'd suggest you have a read through some of them, and then come back with any specific questions.
As regards your choices of where to buy, they are rather diverse! One of the cheapest and one of the most expensive. This might suggest you haven't done a lot of research into property prices in these countries as your budget may get you a mansion in Bulgaria, and a back street studio in Spain!
As regards being hard, easy or making a profit, well it's no different from buying property in the UK. There's always a risk buying property anywhere and you need to take your time and do a lot of research.
It would be helpful to our members if you gave a lot more information about what you are thinking about and what you want out of the property.
many thanks will have a look around.
