We have just purchased an apartment in Santa Ponsa, Majorca. We will be transfering our money over in the next couple of weeks and I'm concerned about bank exchange rates

I did see sometime ago about someone who done quite bad out of the exchage rate. One member did advise of a money exchange company who I'm unable to remember their name. Unfortunatly I can not find the post...Any reccomendations please.

Also we are looking to furnish the property and would welcome any good furniture places out their who have a good range at a reasonble price.
The property is furnished and we are looking to sell the majority of it. Any suggestions on house clearers or auctioneers etc.
