Thanks Meldrew,I have just received an excellent quote from Caravan wise based in Dorset.Not all the caravans on our site are insured!Our friends caravan is now 10 years old and they have never had insurance.Its a small farm site in Teesdale ,on a farm and tucked away in a valley.We have been there 18 years and there has never been any break ins or any damage due to weather in all that time.

There are many static caravan insurer reached are available in local market. You can search them easily at Google.
