We've just had our villa on Zakynthos completed - only crockery/etc to bu y! The villa is near Tregaki, about 25 minutes walk (5 min drive) into Tsilivi and 8 minutes walk to a laid-back beach with fish restaurant, tavernas, etc. It has 3 double bedrooms and can sleep 8 if you use the lounge. No pool, but so close to the Ionian Sea, and set alone in 1 acre of olive grove, so no problems with the neighbours!
