Try http://www.mappy.com. Will give you toll charges on motorways.

http://www.rac.co.uk will give you a choice of toll or non toll routes. Advanced route planner here will give you Europe.

The French Autoroute website is the best place

this should be in English (it is on my machine ) put in a start and destination which doesn't have to be on the Autoroute either it will give you directions and prices for each section of Autoroute and which other roads you need too
