Hi
I have just purchased "Beginners Turkish" by "Asuman Celen Pollard" (the C in Celen has the curl at the bottom, and is pronounced chelen) it consists of two cassettes (you can get it on CD-ROM if prefferred) and it takes you through the basics.
I'm on chapter five, and our local Turkish Restaraunt is very impressed that I can now order my beer and wine in Turkish!!!!!
Hope this helps
