Which airline was it? Air Jamaica?!
Good idea about talking to Ros will do. It was Airtours, My Travel flight from London to Mexico but it was the return journey that was delayed.
Would your travel insurance possible allow a claim for a fligt delay? Most normally pay out two tiers of compensation. One payment at either 8/10/12 hours, then another at 24hrs.
