Wouldn't suggest you sleep on the beach as they sometimes have a clearance of people who do that and you could end up with free accomodation for longer than you think. 
Just party till 6 am then go to the beach!!!
Thats the way to do it join in with all the sun worshippers no one will know that you're sleeping it off. 
Depending on what day you were going, you could do Space, a must for ibiza true clubbers, an experience never to be forgotten! the ambience is amazing.
