It's not difficult to get back on a jetski, providing you've had the training and know what you are doing. You don't have to be super-fit, just use the right techniques and don't fall off in the first place! You should be wearing a buoyancy aid / lifejacket anyway so you don't have to be a particularly strong swimmer. Tandom parasailing is availalbe in some areas, it depends on the equipment availalbe locally. From memory, it is available in Marmaris.
Before considering doing any of these activities, please make sure you read your holiday insurance beforehand, particulrly section E (or whatever section describes 'Dangerous Activities or Sports' on your policy) which covers dangerous sports. You'll probably find that these activities are specified as not covered under standard policies. If anything happens, you could be in for a costly bill.
Do Camels smell? Good question! Some do, some don't. I suppose it depends if they've had a bath that day or not! I've met, and riden on a few cameras and can't say they smell as such. They have their own unique odor like most animals. I wouldn't say they smell though.

I've never been on a jetski, so can't comment. I went on a bannana boat and couldn't get back on had to be hauled up by the very amused boat driver
Went on a single parasail in Crete many years ago. It was an amazing experience you really must try it
Have a lovely holiday

They did pong a bit in Feurteventura, don't know about Turkish camels though, perhaps they use different deodorant

Camels - those I have encountered don't actually smell apart from two things:
Dont get in front of one, their breath does pong
Dont get behind one, they tend to break wind
I went on Jetskis in turkey last week, and to be honest I found them quite a hassle to get back on. However, what we didn't realise till after we'd been on them is that there is often a bit at the back of the jetski that slopes towards the water, hence making it easier to climb back aboard.
(We'd been hurumphing trying to get on at the sides...no wonder the speedboat man was laughing at us!) It is a little tricky, but definately can be done!
Not to sure about the camels body odour, to be honest we never got that close!
Have fun
