you can also go from Puerto Del Carmen to Corralejo .
I think it was around 20euro return but not 100% certain. There is also a Fred Olsen one, which is slightly quicker and bigger but more expensive.
Most of the locals seemed to use the Aramis.
Being a local, I use Aramis too. But then aftershave is cheaper here.
Just wondering if anyone has any idea of the cost for day tripping over to Fuerto?
i went over, from playa blanca in april this year ,and paid around £12 on fred olson,
you can also book with your rep for an all island tour with lunch, but i am not to sure about the cost

this trip over to Fuerte this summer with Lutons Travel. It was excellent value for money, a good coach tour of the island including Betancuria and Pajara, a nice Canarian lunch, and a stroll on Corralejo dunes.
You can always make your own way over there on either the Fred Olsen or Armas ferries, but unless you're taking a hire car over on the ferry then it's not really worth it - the ferry just drops you in Corralejo, which is pretty much the same as any other resort, and you'd still have to get a taxi to the dunes.
I would recommend the guided coach tour or if you're brave, hire a car, buy a good map and go DIY on the ferry.

Also, don't forget if you hire a car to ask whether you are allowed to take it to Fuerteventura. Some companies don't like you to do that!!!!
We're just looking to pop over to Corralejo, we went to Fuerto a few years back so we just want to see whether it's changed much and hopefully find THE best Italian restaurant that we've been to
hi phill
Hi was just wondering that some people have quoted prices on here, now is this including a hired car? or just foot passangers? has anyone took a car accross if so how much is it?
When we hired a car in Lanzarote, we were told we weren't to take it to Fuerteventura.
I can't remember which company we used though and I don't know if they all have the same rule.

How much is the ferry if you take a jeep accros to f'ventura with two adults and two kids or vise versa?
You generally will see the Police operating at the port and I guess if they saw a Hire Car they may well stop you and ask to see documentation etc.
Also if you did break down or had an accident you could face some hefty bills.
Personally beyond Corallejo nothing much else to see - out of a week in Fuertaventura, we spent two days in Lanzarote.
Also if anyone has some prices i would be appreciated to know them as i can't understand some of the ferry pricing policies.
Cheers Mark.
I don't think you are insured to take it across, thats why the company's disallow it.
i was just wondering as anyone been on a ferry to another canary island?if so what are the prices to another canary island by ferry?
