Hi.. Bombay airport, Both times I've been 'stuck' there it hasn't been bad, it's got some very 'posh' laid back seats which look really comfortable but I could never get the right position, food.. Can't quite remember if there was any good places to eat... I guess there must be something.. Oh wait... Yes, they did have a restuarnt I think (sorry too many airports to remember), yes, it was nice, mildly expensive I remember (for India), but food was good. That's before you go through to the departure lounge. I would have like to have a walk round the Airport outside but never have. You should be comfortable, but remember to have some toilet paper handy and any other luxeries you might require. As you're coming off an internal I guess you still take the same route... (but not positive).

Make sure you take some mozzie repelant as the place is full of 'em and none of the airport shops sold it last time I was there. Also take a jumper, it's freezing cold because they have the A/C up to full whack.

You can use the executive lounge for a fee of about RS500/- if my memory serves me well. Cant tell you if it's worth while because I've never used it. It might be worth your while getting a pre-paid taxi to a nearby hotel where you'll be able to have a bite to eat in total comfort. Or if you ask one of the drivers in the awaiting complementary hotel pick-up cars they might give you a ride for free if you explain that you'll be buying food when you get to the hotel???
