Hi Waterford ... we have a separate topic on H10 Mediterranean Village, where you may pick up some useful info:

David
there was bunk beds in an alcove by the bathroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
All in all, plenty of room for our 3 kids, and when they went to bed in the main room, we sat out on the balcony with a drink (there was patio doors onto the balcony from the bedroom and the main room, so no need to disturb the kids getting back inside!)
Much more peaceful than Salou but this is a short bus ride away if you want to visit. Regular buses also to the themepark & Tarragona.
We didn't stay at Cap Salou so can't really comment but geographically it's on a headland between La P & Salou.
Tarragona worth a visit, especially in the evening when the locals come out o meet, sit & talk the way the Spanish do. If you go to Barca I'd recommend the train from Tarragona.
the apartments were self catering and just opened so everything was new
we really enjoyed the accommodation and the resort
as some people have previously posted the bus service is excellent
to other resorts
in port aventura we were there until late
about eleven pm she was having the time of her life on dragon khan
as there was no queues at that time so she just kept going on it as many times as she wanted
then there was plenty of transport
busses and taxis
back to the apartments
