These 'yobs' give our country a bad name - maybe a few months in a Greek jail might sort them out!

Hefty fine imposed on the 18-30 style companies might also make them start being more responsible for their clients behaviour, and also stop them encouraging this loutish and irresponsible nonsense when abroad.
It is time that countries relised that this kind of behaviour puts off millions of tourists visiting, so in the long run it wrecks their tourist industry, and should be handled very firmly and stopped.
I won't be going back to Zakynthos now that I have read that, thankfully there are still many places left (so far) in Greece that haven't been hit by this yob culture.

If i was deciding to go to greece. Then this would not put me of going to Zakynthos.
But it would put me of going to Laganas.
There are loads of resorts left in Greece that haven't been touched by the 18-30 culture.
This happened in Rhodes last year, but it never stopped families going to Rhodes last year.
People just know which resorts to avoid.
If this was the case then people would not go to -
Crete, because of Malia
Corfu, because of Kavos
Rhodes becasue of Falaraiki
Zante because of Laganas
Cyprus because of Ayia Napa.
I will lock this topic as we already have a decision on the following thread
