I think it will be the same number if your flying Air Atlanta, maybe 445.

I believe EUK is Air Atlanta and 5A is TCD, we are on 5A130 on the 1st October and that leaves (or should leave) at 2pm.
Basically, all the jumbo flights are Air Atlanta(EUK) but TCD have some of Air Atlanta's aircraft branded as Travel City Direct.com and these are the 5 A's. They are all operated by Air Atlanta pilots and crew. Bit worried cause 5A132 hadnt left Manchester at 8 tonight. That is my code when I fly in November ! Im sure it will be ok by then.
Just checked the OrlandoSanford flight arrivals and 5A132 lands at 11.25pm so its gone out nearly 6 hrs late from Manchester. Those poor people have to try to find their accomodation in the dark. Sometimes its bad enough in daylight !!

EUK445 Arr from Sanford due at 6:55 actually arrived at 07:52
EUK236V departing to Tenerife at 7:55 - appears not to have left yet.
EUK450 Departing to Sanford at 11:15 - not yet it's not
EUK237V Arr. from Tenerife, Should be here at 18:05, expected tomorrow at 00:25 (you wish).

cockney girl l see what you mean but it will not make it any better how many times you look at the flights what will happan will happen. l never dreamed on the 29th july we would have been left to cope with a 22 hour delay. we never saw anyone from t.c.d.just airport staff dealt with us the same with the other flight 26 hour delay. all 1032 people knew it was air atlanta fault plus t. c. d. but no one would help us just pass the buck. t.c.d.will not talk on the phone everything as to be in writing still waiting for money back for no upper deck.l am mad with t.c.d they have had my £5326 for 5 of us 3 adults 2 children they would talk to us by phone when they wantered the money now they will not even answer our e mails. cockney girl l wish you well and hope everything is on time for you and you have a fab time. you know us british like a good moan l've just had mine :wink:good luck to you.
I certainly don't mean to upset you with my posts re. Excel/Air Atlanta and TCD delays. If anything, my aim is to upset the companies themselves.
We have no control over delays. Wishing the best or reading the worst will not directly affect any delay you may or may not have.
However, if these delays and problems are not publicised on this open forum, and others like it, we, the purchasing public, will never have any control over matters.
I hope that Excel/Air Atlanta and TCD are monitoring this forum and are aware of the dissatisfaction being expressed over the delays that are evident most weekends.
Regarding my earlier post showing 5A and EUK flights in/out of Manchester, there was almost a 5 hour delay on the inbound Sanford 5A133 flight, the 5A134 has yet to depart at 16:30, so is already 2.5 hours late, the EUK's are worse. A 6 hours delay expected on the inbound Tenerife and 7:55 outbound this morning hasn't gone yet - 8.5 hours and counting.
But, think lucky. You'll not be delayed, you'll get a free upgrade, you might even win the lottery.
Casterton: I am sure everybody goes on their holiday expecting to have a brilliant time and to get what they pay for, it is unfair of you to suggest that the people who have bad experiences have gone without an open mind and expecting the worst. I myself look forward to my annual holiday that I work for all year and would not expect to have a bad time with the company I have chosen to book with.
well sorry to hear about your bad experiences with tcd but ive never had a problem never had a delay with them and the staff have been nothing but helpfull to me maybe its the attitude to whice u aproach them ime satisfied with the service oh btw my brother went to america with british airways with no cooked food all the flight sanwhiches only should people stop using british airways? rest my case
Just to say that I have booked flights to Florida with T.C.D on the recommendation of a very nice gentleman that i was fortunate enough to come across on this site (you know who you are ) anyway my point is this...
I had quotes for the same journey, time etc from various airlines/travel agents and the nearest one to T.C.D was £1000 dearer so yes I did book with them cos they were reasonably priced...The money that I have saved will buy the tickets to the attractions that we intend to visit.
I also realise, bearing in mind they were a lot cheaper than most, that they are a no frills airline so i therefore don't expect posh/luxury...
At the end of the day i have booked, paid a deposit and am now looking forward to next years holiday...there will always be mixed reports on anything as no-one is the same and every one has different expectations of things...I will keep an open mind and make my own opinion when the time comes.
Thousands of people must travel with T.C.D every day of the week and they are still running what seems to be a thriving company so that will do for me at the moment (as well as the money I have saved )
I am glad you have not had a bad experience but please do not presume that it must be the person posting that has the problems and not the travel company. Working on your lines of thought, maybe you do not have standards and are not bothered about the service you receive for the money you pay, whether TCD are a no frills company or not everybody should receive the service they have paid for and unfortunately there are plenty of people who have flown with TCD who have not received this.
jam if you have had a problem with tcd u should try posting your complaints on the complaints forum ie look at the top of the page dont try putting people off using them
When we went tcd last year we had first class service,only one problem the sandwiches had cucumber in,my husband and children hate cucumber and even when you take the cucumber out you can still taste it,i myself love cucumber so where as im looking forward to the sandwiched my husband and the children arent

I believe this discussion forum is to be informative of experiences on their american holidays and that is what I have done I feel very aggrieved that you seem to think it is the customers problem if they have received a bad service just because you have not.
Surely when people read this forum it is for all experiences bad and good and the bad should not be ignored and the good should be enjoyed.
