Just used these to fly from Stansted to Ercan in Northern Cyprus. Flight out on 737 that had seen better days with no in flight entertainment it was all a bit grubby and the food was almost the worst Iv'e ever had but the flight was on time and there were only 40 people on it to Dalaman. About 10 got off and 25 got on so it was still OK. Customs and luggage pick up at Ercan was find with little delay so all in all OK. Flight back was via Izmir on Airbus 321. Check in at Ercan was a bit of a scrum with people pushing you in the queue not too bad. Airport was clean and refreshments reasonably priced. Flight to Izmir was half empty and we had emegency exit seats so had more leg room. At Izmir only about 4 passengers left the aircraft but them the incoming passengers filled the plane with themselves and hand luggage (what happened to one bag per person three seemed the norm) One passenger had a bucket not a small one a BIG one which appeared to be filled with cheese she had to stop on the way down the plane because it was to heavy and she needed a rest,
5 Kilo's no way it muct have been 20K. After take off the plane became a play ground with 10 or more kids chasing up and down the alise the hostess's kept telling them off but to know avail it was the flight from hell. However this time the food was better still not good but edible. At Stansted at luggage pick up the mayhem continued with kids all over the place one even got on the carosel and as far as keeping them away they kept pushing in front of you. I afraid I lost it and when my bag came round I just heaved it off and knocked two of them flying sorry to you parents but they were totally out of control. Would I use CTA again NO sorry but I like things calmer that this. Maybe its the Izmir link rather that Dalaman which caused the problems.
