We stayed at Hilton Sharm Dreams, its a wonderful hotel with only a short walk to Naama Bay, and thru grounds of Favrouz to their shared beach takes a few minutes.
Camel Hotel, in the centre, Movenpick Jolieville, 2 mins, Hilton, Novotel all on the roadway into Sharm. Pick up a brochure with a map....
Any in Ras um Sid, Nabq or Sharks bay are 20 mins away.

helnan marina hotel and naama bay hotel are very central in naama bay
but don,t have a beach front location.others on the beach include the movenpick jolie ville, hilton fayrouz , marriott beach. hope this helps

Thanks peeps but I am undecided yet...do I go to Sharm where the sun goes down by 4 and its 80 degrees or do I go to Goa where the sun goes down at 7 and its 90 degress

are you just after a break and a tan and a relaxing week... or are you after culture and trips
Never been to Goa, but if it was just a break and a suntan I wanted I would chose the shortest flight/best value for money/£££ exchange rate.
That doesn't help does it. Who are you travelling with, partner friends, single? That may influence.
Don't do what I did.. went to Egypt fro a holiday and 11 months later I have a fiance, half a house in Egypt and an extended family of 70+!!!!!!!!!!!

no I always go to Goa every year and have been to Luxor twice....just want a tan but reliable weather.....Goa seems the best bet reallly not botherered about the flight time 
vegasone.....never been to goa so don't have a clue what thats like. we went to sharm for the first time at xmas......and are going back in november we can't wait. it was the second best holiday we have ever had ( 1st disney florida!!).

google goredsea and then click on the area you are visiting - this will bring up a page that will have hotels/excursions etc. click on the hotels thing and a map pops up that shows exactly where all the hotels are in relation to beach, etc.
