what about duty free electrical shops at the airport,i know they have them at manchester.where are you flying from?mo :) p.s. we have been to ibiza 5 times now and i would say that the prices are fairly equivalent with england, certainly not much much cheaper.

I think that prices are much the same and everything that is branded with a well known name will have a worldwide guarantee. If you do buy anything here though make sure that the instructions are supplied in English as well as Spanish which is not always the case.

Also of course be aware that warranties can some times be country specific as well.

I too found very little difference in price on electrical goods (or any house hold goods for that matter) when I lived on Ibiza.

The Duty Free shops in the airports as mentioned are a good idea. However my advice is just to have a quick look at the high street prices before you visit those stores. I don't know about others on here, but I'm not always convienced that they don't put those prices up slightly because their duty free and you end up paying around the same just with the store taking all the profit.

If you have time to buy off the internet ebuyer is a good online shop.
