Mariah..... sorry to hear about that would it be too much hassle to travel to Gatwick?

- as we're a 15 minute taxi ride from Manchester airport, travel to Gatwick would be a pain

We travelled with kosmar to the ioli village in Sept 04 and it was the worst holiday we have ever had, we were put in a grotty little apartment at the back of the complex which looked out onto a brick wall. The apartment was dark and dingy and stank. We complained to the rep and were told we could move after a week so we had to endure the first week in total misery.

Sorry to hear you had a bad time also, we have had a reply back from Kosmar and they have said the rep has reported to them that there was no smell and the apartments were to the highest standard. We were staying right at the back No: 332 on the top floor. Kosmar also said they have not had any other complains regarding these apartments. We know for a fact four more people have wrote to them about the same issues.
Our holiday was a complete nightmare.
We have now booked a private villa for next year and are staying far away from Kosmar.

Nicci - did you manage to take any photos that you could use to prove to Kosmar that what you say is right?

What part of Menorca are you going to this year? I have been to Menorca twice and its a gorgeous island!

Hi Karen, sorry for the delay, I've been in hospital.
Yes we had taken loads of photo's and so had other people. Yet the company still tried to tell us there were no problems. This really will be a long fight ahead for us, I am not going to allow a big company like this to get away with what they belive they can even when we have proof.
On a better note we have booked for this year, staying far away from conmar. We are going private to turkey. Really can not wait.

Iv'e been twice with Kosmar a few flight time changes but otherwise ok, going with them this year (Thassos )
