what is the agent saying? When you say "start date" , this would explain why no-one has answered here yet. The build probably hasn't started. Can anyone tell Jo if the build has started?

Hi Fiona,

Paid deposit and were told that next payment due direct to builder when 1st slab started. When we embarked on this we were told 18 months till completion but we paid deposit back in April. Got contracts back. Guess im just being excited and wanted to knoiw if the build had actually started. Unfortunately we cant get there until next Easter to see the progression. Maybe other holiday truthers will be able to let me know if there is any further news.

Hi Joanne,

Had an hour free , so drove around myself and found your location, though it took me a good 20 min. Its on the same lane as the Saturday day market in Calangute and has a nice view of the mountains behind. I spoke to Prashant the site manager who said the work had since begun and in full swing. I took the liberty of taking a few pictures for you as well.
