We have been to Greece and the Greek Islands with Kosmar about 20 times and yes the flights change but there is no guarantee that if you book with another tour operator that they won't be changed. Our apartments have varied in size depending on the resort but have always been clean, basic usually means a pillow, a cotton sheet and a blanket for bedding, a small pan, a very large pan and if you are lucky a jug which you can boil on two electric hobs. I would not expect to cook a three course meal but who wants to on holiday. There is always a fridge and the plumbing is a bit dodgy but that is nothing to do with Kosmar.
