My daughter and friends phoned Joseph on Saturday morning and have booked two rooms. He emailed them back to say how to send the deposit and it's all done! Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through.

it is! what room number have you got? we had number 6 on the ground floor, looking towards the beach! you can watch the sunrise/sunsets great!

you got a good view if your room is facing the beach! If you have just got a room with a bedroom and bathroom you will be downstairs, if you have a kitchen and larger apartment you are upstairs!

Oh yeah, at 5am every morning the cockerel that lives next door wakes you up! adn the fish mand comes along around 7am tuting his horn selling fish from his basket on the front of his push bike! Its great!!!! Also watch out for the pigs that live next door, they can run fast!!!

This will be our 6th visit, usually it has been 2 weeks (blessed relief from work), but after the last visit in March decided we didn't want to work any more, so in September we stopped work and are in the process of downsizing. This year we arrive on 8th January and leave on 8th March. Next year who knows.

get in contact with Joseph for rates, as each room is different! all i can say is that we got a exxtrememly reasonable rate for three months stay there earlier this year! really good price!
