Not a lot open in Fenals this time of year apart from the Robin Hood Pub which is opposite the Royal Beach. Otherwise it's a 15 minute walk into downtown Lloret!
Doesn't really matter that you've paid for the Royal Beach as the hotel is closing on the 9th for a couple of weeks. You will be moved to the Royal Star which is OK. Trouble with the owners of these hotels Casino/Amaika/Olimpic/Osiris/Royal Beach/Royal Star/ etc etc is that they open and close when they want and punters get moved around all time. I know they are offering cheap hols but they should have some thoughts for paying customers
How do you know it's closing on the 9th?! Surely I'd av been told bout this when I booked my hol!!
Richie is right the Royal Beach closes on the 9th January for 3 months so you will be moved most likely to the Royal Star which in my opinion is a better hotel and nearer to Lloret town centre. It's wrong that they have failed to inform you but in Spain this sort of thing is normal!!
