I am also looking for information on the Mar Blau Hotel - it looks very nice but I would like hear from anybody who has been.

I'm going on a trip to Calella with my sister at the end of August. We're staying at the apartment hotel Mar Blau. Has anyone lived there? Any comments about the area as such?

We're interested in hanging out on the beach as well as doing "cultural stuff". Any recommendations of what we could do? We're quite versatile when it comes to experiencing things, so anything will interest us.

Mar Blau apartments are lovely, but remember there is no reception at night to collect your keys, sometimes they let you have two sets of keys, if they dont then walk down the main road past the hospital and shortly after that there is a hardware shop where you can get keys cut fairly cheap.
