It's usually very warm but can get windy on the Ixia/Trianda side of the island. July/August would be better for the temperatures to be guaranteed as hot as you like.

Anne we will be staying in Kolymbia is that area windy do you know.

That's the opposite side from the windy beaches. Still won't be quite as hot as you'd like it though. It's a quiet but lovely resort. Possibly be best to get a car to get around if you like sight-seeing

Thanks for the advice Anne. Think we are leaning more towards July to make sure it is hot. We do like sightseeing but unfortunately neither of us can drive. So will have to arrange with rep is there any trips you would reccommend.

So many lovely places to see, I could fill pages! I'm not sure what trips the reps will have but the town can be reached by bus and Seven Springs isn't far from you so a taxi would probably be a better option.I'm going on the 10th. I'm 150 years old!!! No, I'm 61 really.I'm a widow now but would be living out there had my husband lived.We first went there in 1982 and have seen a tremendous amount of change over there.I love it, summer and winter and I hope you will too. Anne
