It really is down to personal choice but the Mediterraneo is the furthest out of all 3.

The Flamingo Oasis has some really good facilities plus an indoor pool and also as you have children then the all inclusive option might work out cheaper for you plus it has the advantage of having an indoor pool and I think it also has kids clubs but people who have stayed there can advise you better.

I have also stayed in the Sol Ocas but not for quite a while and presume you have seen the pictures of the great pool at the Pelicanos next door but as this is outdoor it probably won't be warm enough to use in April.
