Location of Valentine's Retreat?

Hi
I've just booked to stay at Valentine's Retreat for the end of February for the first time (previously stayed at Victor Exotica, Dona Alcina and Magnum Resort).
I'm glad to read positive feedback on this place.

I know where the Prazeres is - on the road towards Panaji - but could anyone please tell me where Valentine's Retreat is in relation to the Prazeres.
Is it closer to the beach or further along the road to Panaji? If so, how much further?

Come out of Prazeres and turn left towards the beach.

As you walk up the road it kind of kinks left then right (just as the very first shops begin).

Its there on the right down a dirt road.

hi, stayed there for a couple of nights over christmas, it was ok, nice place, its not far from prazares, its down a narrow road behind the temple.
nice pool area, rooms were basic but fine.

Thanks for the replies. It sounds good. We're OK with 'basic' as long as it is clean.

I'll post in the Review section we we get back, there's only one there at the moment.
