The theme park opens 24 March if that helps..

I think it is mostly the Spanish places that are open at that time of year and you would rely on Hotels for the majority of entertainment.
I usually go at the start of may and the shops are mostly all open then as are most of the pubs/bars and restaurants or they are putting the finishing touches before they are ready open.

I would take some warm clothes with you especially for on a night, the temps are around 11-16 degrees celcius, you could also get some rain.
