Hi there

We are taking an inspection trip to Eastern Cyprus in March and would welcome any advice / information.
We are looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment close to the sea and local amenities with good rental potential.
The intention is to live there 2 / 3 months over the winter and rent out the remainder of the time to cover a mortgage.
Having done some research already an exchange of views would be helpful.

Buying in Cyprus

We are considering buying a property in Cyprus. Initially we are thinking of investing in a holiday-type property, probably off-plan, and renting out for several years. The eventual aim is to sell the property in 7 or 8 years time and buy a retirement home to spend the winters there.
Any advice from anyone would be very useful.
