After lots of research, we will be coming out on the 24th Feb, for a scouting mission, looking for a bar that fits what we want.

We have a few bars to look at which are not what we are 100% after but will give us an idea.

We would like to pop into your bar for a cooling drink and a chat.

We don't want to interagate you. Just looking for your take on living out there and running a bar out there. Pitfalls etc.

We have managed pubs. And at the moment running our own place.

We have done this for the last 14 - 15 years. So not new to this.

We're not expecting for the easy life. ( We know what we're doing in this business)
