Booked accommodation online first thing this morning with Broadway Travel only to be told hours later that they had displayed the wrong price on the website & I'd have to pay £300 more! My husband has found the above website/company who have offered him a good deal on the accommodation we are looking for - they are based in Loughborough. They are not ABTA registered - has anyone had any dealings with them / would you book with them? Not sure what to do - we have already booked flights 'cos the woman at Broadway said her computer was down and it was all confirmed & that she just needed to take the deposit off us & she would call me back in 5 mins ..... so I booked the flights and am now stuck !
Many thanks for any info/advice anyone has.
If I were you, I would pay for this transaction using a CREDIT CARD. That way, if it all backfires and they refuse to give you a refund, you can take this up with the CC company as they are partly responsible for the transaction being the lender.
Thanks for your reply. The flights are actually booked with First Choice so that is not a problem. We booked accommodation with go2spain.co.uk which had a competitive rate and which I've seen a couple of posts on HT's that people have booked with them before, so hopefully we will be ok!
