Hi. just wondering if anyone knows this hotel. we are booked for 4 nights from 24 april. understand its having a complete refurb over winter. we are travelling from Ashford in Kent so will lose the first and last day travelling by car. we get entrance to the eden project and heligan gardens included in our price for the hotel and wondered what you could recommend as a must see for our other day - all suggestions gratefully received!
Not good news? letter received this morning cancelling our holiday to this hotel but have offered us an upgrade to the Hotel California in Newquay.....
The Hotel California has got pretty good reputation is this area danni - it's also in newquay itself, which means it's more central and you don't have to worry about taxis or driving if you want a drink and a walkabout.
Have heard the restaurant in there is really nice.
when you go to heligan, have a look at mevagissey itself, it's a nice village to have a nose at!
