The web site is http://www.alcongoa.com on hotels tab click RONIL then go to bottom of the page and click TARIFF there is an email address on that page that may be for the hotel I will let you choose, but I am sure you will get a reply.

They sometimes take their time answering and virtually always ignore your request for a specific room but at least if you produce your e-mail at reception it's a starting point when you want to change rooms!
