Cairo and Luxor are mega expensive from Sharm Petra's cheaper but just as difficult to get there

If I listed the scuba centres I'd be here all night
recommend that you look for PADI Golden Palms emblems and take your pick
There arean awful lot of lesser schools too
Don't forget if you are a scuba diver already you have to visit the Camel bar

Can't actually help with the quads except the travel reps recommend some firms then seem to limit them to slow speeds but be careful of booking outside of the hotel or rep system
