If you ask when you get to your hotel, i cant see it being a problem .
The hotel we use "the Marhaba Club . do this for us . We have breakfast in our rooms a few times while where there and just tip the waiter for bringing it to us .

or take a travel kettle , we take one with us

Thanks for the replies. Have e-mailed the hotel a couple of times but no replies yet. I just want to be prepared to make my mum comfortable on her holidays as I have said she will be 83 when we go and she gets a little confused when taken from her everyday surroundings. Probably take a travel kettle just to be on the safe side.

That would be your best bet, take your own travel kettle and some good old tea bags. You can get a carton of milk and some bottled water once your there from the supermarket cheap enough
