Just noticed that you like "Hobz biz-zejt" 
3 weeks in Gozo will give you a chance to sample the Gozo ftira, fresh from the oven bread baked with the filling already inside. Sure you will love it - we do not have it over here on the big island

thanks ingliza for the info on gozo ferries,looking forward to tasting ftira bread, ill have to go on a diet before july or i will be the size of a house from eating hobz biz zeijt ,pastizzi and ftira , regards -lorna
