Hi Ilovemypiglet

I've also been looking for the same thing as you, although in Baga area for November and have been finding same thing, a lot of apts are about £300 per week! Did Lin B have any helpful advice?

Cheers

Hi Zosie,

sorry for the delay in getting back to you (sunny Rome  ). LinB was very helpful -she's going to ask around for me. I think that Lin has some apartments herself, though in Candolim? (I'm sure someone will let you know if I've got it wrong). We have friends who stay self cater in Goa every year (though they are in N Wales, where my other half hails from!). I'll try and get tips from them when we see them in the next few weeks. Maybe a good idea for a thread where people can post their info/experiences/contacts etc? I know we've got the hotel review area, but it's not the same as diy!!!

Our mutual friend will be able to get you something much cheaper! The Clangute Mahal is supposed to be good and cheap

On Baga Road, as you are going towards Baga beach (right after the lane to Titos), there is a place called Green View (on the right side). There are row houses with each room with double bed for Rs.400. Upstair rooms have a balcony and all rooms have attached toilets. The location is ideal as it is close to both Baga and Calangute and ofcourse Titos and Mamdos is just down the road.

Does anyone know of any large house or apartment close to the Baga beach where I can get accomodation for about 15 people. What kind of price range etc. Thanks in advance.

Hi Martin

Will give him a try. We'll prob end up in a hotel again, but we want to book with the company we work with and the only hotel in Baga is the Ronil Beach which I think is far too expensive.

Might even be best to just turn up and see what we can get, Nov isn't exactly high season.

Anyway if anyone else knows anywhere give me a shout.

Thanks
