We are wanting to rent a self catering apartment for 4 weeks in January 07. As we've not got any contacts out there I thought I'd ask the forum for their hints and tips (I've been onto the property forum, but nothing there really).Location - quiet part of Candolim/Nerul area. Ideally we're looking for a 1 bed apartment, with full working kitchen (so we can cook). A/C not necessary, but ceiling fans appreciated. Lounge and bathroom are also musts. It would be lovely to have a balcony or outdoor space to use as well.
Bed linen (and hopefully towels) would be needed, and the use of a maid service when needed would be great.
I've done a lot of searching on the net, and only get scanty details, with lots of rentals being English owned (and therefore a lot pricier!!). We are not looking for luxury - just clean and comfortable with the facilities to cook for ourselves. Ideal price range is £100 - £150 for the full 4 weeks.
If anyone has any ideas/names etc I'd love to hear from you.
