Dont really think there is an answer to this one, but Im posting anyway!
When threads are "joined together" and you have answered the "last" query sometimes it looks as if you have posted the same thing about four times.
For instance over the last year on the Tenerife thread someone will ask about the Oro Blanco Apartments, and as Ive stayed, I will post a detailed answer. Then the new thread is joined up with a couple of older ones, and it looks like Ive posted the same thing in the one thread............a bit embarrassing!
Saying that I know it "tidies up" things and means a new poster can see older replies, but Im sure they think Im a right nana!
Any of you reading three posts in the same thread saying the same thing..............its cos they are old ones mixed with new ones
Having different threads about the same topic with the same answers creates more database space, therefore slowing the board down unnnecessary.

I totally understand that............it was just when I put my post on I saw Id already said the same thing three times over the last 18 months, but when I said it......it was in separate threads.
It was just to draw to new members attention that I wasnt repeating myself!
Many thanks!
tootsie, can you run that by me again

What makes it worse is you will see the same question asked three or four items below by another person.

Mind you., I couldn't find the search on here for ages.....it is only a very small button....
......but don't write about it as there is an old thread on the size of the HT search button somewhere in the vaults of the archives
P.S. tootise - we know you're a right nana anyway
